How The Collective Works
Tula is offered on a sliding scale of $35-$75 per visit for ongoing sessions. The cost of an intake session is a one-time fee of $45. We offer sessions in-person, online, and in the community. Based on your specific need, you will meet with a therapist who most closely specializes in the support you deserve.
How do we determine need? Through a quick inquiry identifying if:
You do not have health insurance or are underinsured, so mental health care is too costly for you and your family
You are not enrolled in MediCal or Medicaid
You currently live in Butte County, CA
Your income is 300% or less of the Federal Poverty Line (don't worry- we will calculate this for you!)
You are ready to commit to the therapeutic process and agree to all of the practice policies of Tula

With a variety of active projects with a focus on making therapy more equitable, ethical, and accessible.
Our collective offers a wide range of high-quality, affordable psychological services to individuals of all ages and backgrounds, as well as couples and families. Evaluations and therapy plans are specifically tailored for each individual client.
Through Tula Therapeutic Collective, we offer:

Couples and Family Therapy
Our therapeutic team is created from a range of professionals in our community committed to the vision of Tula.
After applying to our clinic, you will be matched with a therapist who most closely meets your needs for therapy at this time.
The counseling collective is staffed by CSU Chico graduate interns who are trained and supervised by licensed therapists, associate therapists, and board-certified licensed therapists. All have undergone a thorough orientation and training process to be eligible to work at Tula, are thoroughly vetted, and closely supervised.
