About Me
Hi! I'm Emma, and I'm in this work because I've been there.

I read so many books and felt so prepared for adulthood- and motherhood- and then was smacked in the face when it didn’t go as expected. I quickly learned I needed outside support. The feelings I experienced fueled my desire to support others feeling similar to me.

I have a gentle, compassionate approach, and am a great listener. If I have any questions or thoughts, I will share them with you. I will be there to encourage you (and your child!), and also value accountability and personal responsibility.

I tend to laugh and drink coffee in sessions. I will also be there to hold space while you consider and process the toughest moments from your present and past, and offer space to process and learn new skills to being you to the next level of your own personal enlightenment.
