Navigating the pressures and demands of competitive sports or performing arts can be challenging. As a dedicated therapist, I specialize in providing tailored support to athletes and performers who are striving to achieve their best while maintaining their mental and emotional well-being. My approach is rooted in understanding the unique stressors and experiences that come with high-performance environments, helping clients build resilience, manage anxiety, and enhance their overall performance.

In addition to my work with athletes and performers, I have a secondary specialty in adolescent mental health. Adolescence is a critical period of growth and change, often accompanied by various emotional and psychological challenges. I am passionate about supporting teenagers through these transitions, offering a safe and compassionate space to explore their feelings, develop coping strategies, and build a strong foundation for their future.

Using evidence-based practices, I integrate techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and somatic therapy to create a holistic and personalized treatment plan for each client. My goal is to empower individuals to reach their full potential, both in their personal lives and in their chosen fields.

Whether you are an athlete, performer, or adolescent navigating life's challenges, I am here to support you on your journey to mental wellness. Let's work together to achieve your goals and enhance your well-being.
