My Story
Credentials & Approach: I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker specializing in work with youth 0-18. It is not uncommon for children to need a little extra help overcoming some of life's biggest challenges, and I am here to help them through while also working directly with the parent and/or caregivers to develop thoughtful treatment goals, plans, and ongoing support.
More About Me:
I received my Bachelors in Sociology with a minor in Criminal Justice as well as my Master of Social Work from California State University, Chico. I chose to became a therapist to help individuals process and heal from all types of traumas. I want to help my clients become free from life's stressors. I enjoy working with diverse populations served, with a specialty in working with children 5 to 17 and adults
If I didn't become a therapist, I would have gone into Law Enforcement or become a Firefighter. Both of these professions provides the ability to help those on typically their worst days.
Outside of the therapeutic setting, you can find me enjoying anything outdoors: hiking, fishing, snowboarding, and doing anything with my dogs.
