My Story

I'm a licensed therapist with over five years of experience working with children, teens, and families to help them heal. Using a trauma-informed approach, along with mindfulness, acceptance, and some behavioral techniques, I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, or families work towards their goals in a collaborative way.

Along with my experience in mental health care, I have also been a certified yoga instructor for over ten years. If appropriate, per individual preference and ability, I'm happy to guide clients through meditation, breathing exercises, and even physical poses. Using trauma-informed approaches for both the body and mind may be even more effective as part of the healing process.
